Basics of Aquatics (Beginner)
Start with the basics…becoming more comfortable in the water! Learn basic body positions, breathing methods and begin to build your strength. Instructors will begin by working on floating and kicking skills and will help each participant improve at their own pace.

Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:00pm
We cannot offer make-ups, credits, or refunds for any missed classes during the session. Classes that are cancelled for any reason by the YMCA will be re-scheduled by the Aquatics Department. *Please note any class with fewer than three participants is subject to cancellation.
