Ages 14-17

Beginner – Basics of Swimming
Start with the basics and become more comfortable in the water. This class will introduce basic body positions, breathing methods and begin to build your strength and self-confidence in the water. Our instructors will work on floating and kicking drills to begin with and will assist each participant improve at their own pace. Classes will meet for 50 minutes.
Tuesdays 7:25pm – 8:10pm.
Thursdays 7:25pm – 8:10pm.
Saturdays 8:45-9:30am

Intermediate – Stroke Development
Learn how to swim more efficiently and effectively. This class will review the various strokes and improve arm, leg and head positions. Our instructors will help to identify specific areas for improvement and assist you in becoming a more confident swimmer. Classes will meet for 50 minutes.
Tuesdays 7:25pm – 8:10pm.
Thursdays 7:25pm – 8:10pm.
Saturdays 8:45-9:30am

Competitive Swim Pre-Team Ages 4-11
Learn the skills necessary for success on a swim team. This program will help develop those skills necessary for success on a competitive swim team. Class will focus on the 4 competitive strokes with work on starts, turns and stroke technique. Program will meet once per week for 45 minutes.

Stroke and Turn Clinic Ages 5-18
This program works on the skills necessary for continued success on a competitive swim team. This program will focus on the skills and techniques needed for competitive swimming. Clinic will focus on the 4 competitive strokes including extensive work on turns, starts and stroke technique. Program will meet 2 times a per week, for 45 minutes.
Ages 5–10 Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30–6:15pm
Ages 11–14 Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30–7:15pm
Ages 15–18 Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00-8:45pm

Family Swim Lessons
Class designed for the entire family or some of your child’s friends to learn to swim together, encouraging each other and helping each other get over their fears. Our instructors will tailor the class for the entire family, and instruct the family through water safety as well as swimming skills.
