EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
The Education & Outreach Family Center is proud to offer an NAEYC accredited, EEC state licensed child development program for infants, toddlers and preschoolers ages 4 weeks-5 years.

SCHOOL AGE ENRICHMENT AND CHILD CARE PROGRAMS
The Y offers year round licensed child care @ 19 locations in Chicopee, Springfield, West Springfield, Hampden/Wilbraham, Monson & Palmer. Program hours range from before school care starting at 6:00 am to after school care until 6:00 pm. TEEN PROGRAMS
Teens & youth ages 11 and up may participate in one of 5 Y teen outreach programs. Activities include homework tutoring, computers, art & drama, sports, and youth leadership programs.

The teen parent Program is designed for teenage parents who have dropped out of High School. The YMCA provides transportation for the teen parent and their child to the YMCA for child care and parent life skill classes and to MCDI where the teenager can complete their GED. Home visits, field trips and 3 generation family programs are included in the program design.
