All cycling classes require sign-ups. Visit the Wellness Center or call 413 596-2749* 119 to reserve your space as early as the day prior to each class. Please arrive 10 minutes early for assistance with your bike set-up and to secure bike reservation. If you sign up and are not present within 5 minutes after the start of the class, you will forfeit your reservation to a member on the waiting list. We recommend bringing a water bottle and towel to class.
