Balise presented a $5,000 check to support the Y’s youth sports program . This co-ed program is for middle school age youth and will include basketball, soccer and volleyball. It will focus on skills, weight management, speed & agility, strength & power, nutrition, stretching & conditioning, and sportsmanship.
