Looking to have a great experience as a volunteer? We are always looking for people that are 16 years and older who want to volunteer in a wide variety of programs. Preschool sports, aquatics programs, child watch, after school programs, youth programs and even some behind the scenes work. Hours can be very flexible and a positive experience is guaranteed.

Paychex Employee Self Service (ESS)
ESS is the place for staff to get access to a wide variety of tools and information. This includes, check stubs, tax forms, emergency contacts, incident reports, and much more. For more information on accessing your account please see your supervisor or Janet Parslow at 413-206-5624.

Attendance On Demand (AOD) Self-Service 
AOD is you place for time management…from your time card to your requests for time off. For more information on accessing your account please see your supervisor or Janet Parslow at 413-206-5624.

Online Staff Training (LMS)
The learning management system, or LMS, is where staff member can go to complete their required new hire or annual refresher training. For more information, or to get an account, contact Human Resources at 413-206-5500 or email Janet at jparslow@springfieldy.org.

iCIMS Hiring Manager Access
